What you're getting is colostrum which you should definitely save up for the baby since it's so important for them. It usually takes a few days for most women for milk to come in

Have you just let baby be on breast? Or are you pumping and that’s how you know/think you’re not getting anything? The stuff before the milk comes in is the best for baby.. and it can take days for actual milk to come in! Also baby is getting a lot more than a pump or any hand expression will show/give you. You might not even see or realize how much baby is actually getting if you’re just breast feeding

He not with me he is at a different hospital he had to do the cooling due to being distress

@kiwannaa3, makes much more sense. I’m so sorry love! Milk takes a little while to come in for some tho. When did you have him? Definitely any nipple stimulation and pumping when you don’t have baby helps! I hope you both get better soon ❤️ how long until they think you two will be able to be together?

Just keep trying Momma. You got this. I know sounds weird but if your hubby will suck on them it really helps
