Really starting to feel this pregnancy. I’ve been having terrible back pain. I’m still working full time and just really feel like I’m not getting a break. I work all day and then come home and take care of Maddox. My days off are spent cleaning and taking care of Maddox and then right back to work. I feel like I have no time just to rest and recover a little bit.

When are you going on mat leave? I would strongly recommend at 35 weeks. With my first, everything went downhill after 35 weeks and I was still working and miserable lol with this pregnancy I'm part time and even my days off are still work because of my toddler - so I feel ya! People are always asking me how my weekend was and I'm like "what? Weekend? Today's monday? I couldn't tell."

I’m gonna try to last a few more weeks. My doctors have been willing to write me off since 29 weeks but I’m having a hard time doing it lol.
Physically my body is done. But mentally I’m not ready to stop working. I told the. My last day would be nov 22 but I highly doubt I’ll make it to the.

what kind of work do you do? I would go on mat leave asap if I could 😅 my last day of work with my first was actually the day he was born, but I took 2 weeks sick leave before that because I was getting too emotionally exhausted.

I work in health care. I’m a psw so I do personal care for the elderly. But I also do medications so I do the med passes. The hardest part is that a med pass takes approx 2 hours as I have 50 residents to administer meds to. And I have two passes a shift. With care in between. It’s physically hard.
