@eliza_sapp @outnumbered @benjaminbutton thanks guys, I know they work it was just almost 2am and I needed an immediate solution. She was scaring me the way she was breathing and coughing. I felt like she'd stop breathing. Her grandma thankfully wasnt asleep and had one.

If you call her doc and have them write a prescription for a humidifier, most insurance companies cover them!

You can usually get a cheap 20$ humidifier from walmart. That does the trick, and theres this spray called boogie spray. I had to do it even tho my daughter hated it. But it took 2 sprays in each nostril and it would clear her up. She didnt have an allergy problem tho. The house we used to live in wasnt very efficient so any small weather change would mess her up.

Definitely have her sit in the bathroom while having the hot water running. Maybe hand her an iPad while you get a shower in. The steam will help loosen all of the mucus.

Vapor rub isn’t good for kids .. try baby rub

Let her sit in a warm bath for a while. The steam from it will help too
