We held off on all love making/ejaculation till my fertile window then we did it every other day when we were trying for our youngest

What is the goal? Bc pull out method is not effective birth control

I was told everyday not pulling out lowers the sperm count. I just want a better chance at conceiving this month that’s the goal.

having sex everyday lowers the sperm count because it doesn’t give the sperm enough time to mature. Every other is best. It doesn’t matter how he ejaculates.
