Id go in , Calling your OB is good to let them know what's going on but you would still need to be checked to make sure it's not fluid if it is leaking your at risk for infection so just for your safety and babies I'd go asap

I was leaking fluid with my first pregnancy and didnm not noticed. Should i call my obgyn or go straight to the hospital?

I did put a panty liner last night and when i woke uo today it was sorta wet then i peed and had so much clear watery discharge

You can always call L&D and ask them to check out the fluid to confirm if it’s discharge or amniotic fluid
