So. I just went to the doctors for a follow up ultrasound. And now I'm freaking out. My OB said she can't see as much as she'd hoped, she thought it would be a little further along at this point, but it's still small and she can't see much, and was hoping to be able to see the heartbeat today. She said she something else in the gestational sac that wasn't there before, I don't know what that means.

But she tells me she isn't worried or anxious about it because I haven't been bleeding or spotting or cramping. And now I'm sitting in the hospital parking lot freaking out in tears because I'm so scared. 😭

She said it could be twins which is why things are progressing slower, but doesn't necessarily think that's it.

I have to go get bloodwork now, and then again on Monday.

I'm so nervous. 🙏🏼
