I didn't do anything on that list and still got dry socket because of how I hold my mouth. I would advise from smoking to try and prevent it. Worst pain ever.

@lae1988 I got it the same day/day after coming home. I sit with my teeth clenched or barely touching and my tongue goes to the roof of my mouth so I think maybe it causes a suction or something.

o ok well I have been doing what I am not supposed to but I have to eat and it seems like it’s hard not to do a suction type motion when I am eating on one side but also I am just trying to make it to tomorrow morning because they told me to atleast wait 24 hours before smoking but it’s hard
