Anyone ever get a tooth pulled and then smoke a cig a few hours after how did you manage to keep it from getting dry socket

@lae1988 I got it the same day/day after coming home. I sit with my teeth clenched or barely touching and my tongue goes to the roof of my mouth so I think maybe it causes a suction or something.
@bodybycheetos, o ok well I have been doing what I am not supposed to but I have to eat and it seems like it’s hard not to do a suction type motion when I am eating on one side but also I am just trying to make it to tomorrow morning because they told me to atleast wait 24 hours before smoking but it’s hard

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

IUI Monday!!
So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years...

I didn't do anything on that list and still got dry socket because of how I hold my mouth. I would advise from smoking to try and prevent it. Worst pain ever.
