So I've been letting my daughter lay her mouth tounge on my nipple so she can get used to it and try to latch will this help?And will placing a warm towl over breast help with let down?

So went to my ultrasound and it wasn't great news 😣😥😢...don't really know how to feel about it and can't help but worry.
So threw up the brew but still having some contractions. I suppose it will help dilation. Sigh so I guess my appointment for Friday to get monitoring is still on . I hope my fluids stay consistent.
