I want/need to go into a shelter sooo bad but these symptoms are only getting worse and I don't think I could take care of my 20 month old by myself. Between the nausea, vomiting, back pain, pelvic pain and headaches, it's hard even with help. I want to do what's best and it sucks that I may not be able to because of worsening symptoms. I need more energy and less pain

I want to go I'm just worried how I will take care of my daughter and work. Also how long will I be in there like if I'll be in there with a 2 year old and a newborn by myself.

oh i understand. And so now your only option is the shelter? What happens once you get there?

yes and I don't know what happens when I get there but I know they eventually will help me get into my own place. Also it's only available every 24 months so if I go now and end up having to leave before finishing the program, I will not be able to go back to any shelters for another year.

Been in a shelter before with my mom and sister. Wasnt there long, but i did like it. It can help alot. All the moms help each-other out, and the people running the shelters are usually really nice. If you think its best go talk to them explain the situation and see what they say.
