Due to gestational diabetes the past two pregnancies, I was induced with both! I have the GD test in 3 weeks for this baby, and I’m crossing my fingers that I don’t have it.. With that being said, what’s it like to just “go into labor” not being induced? I don’t know any different and it scares me not having a “plan”

I had gd with my first and have again with this pregnancy. I’m a little surprised they haven’t made
You test yet ... I also had to be induced

They’ve tested me already! About 6wks ago (I passed) but they’re doing another test, I guess to “double check”

I went into labor with my first baby at 38 weeks woke up and stood up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and my water broke. With my second I was induced at 39 weeks. Honestly I don’t feel like it was much different. Just make sure your packed and ready to go because labor can happen anytime and anywhere lol.

I went naturally with my first. It's kinda weird to explain how it feels. I kind felt like I was getting sick one day and that night woke up with minor contractions. The next day I went to L&D just to get checked because the contraction weren't getting worse but were fairly consistent. Long story short they kept me, my water broke an hour after getting my room and he was born 1 hour later. But I agree not knowing when it was going to happen was the worst part of it.

It was thrilling lol. My water broke with my second and it was the most exciting feeling. It’s an adrenaline rush really lol.

None of my waters broke with all three I never know what’s gonna happen I get used to it ..all mine were early 🤷🏼♀️ basically go in when u can’t take the pain anymore I’d be surprised if my water ever broke lol
