I cant believe im almost a week away !! I had an ob apt today and he told me im 2 cms dilated (was 1 cm a week ago) and im 30 percent effaced!

Advice please!!
I will be 38 weeks this Sunday I am 1 cm and 50% effaced
How can I dilate more? I have bad hip pain so don't want to be walking today.
