@penelope127, @coffeebean, aparently they cant come out--- soo they said maitenence will special order the part and once it comes in it will b replaced i can use the stove top just not the oven-- ama pick the glass pieces up into a bag n its going to b waiting on them- cnt believe i pay 1400$ for this apt for them to tell me it migjt take up to 2-3wks depending on when they can get the part😡😡😡😡 i jst hate tht i have little kids , my son goes into the kitchen alot

@evildrporkchop., @penelope127, happened last nite at 630pm .. we had guests so house was full of kids, THANK GOD no one was on the kitchen when it happened.. i dnt get it its only a yr old and no cracks on it or anything .. we were sititng in the living room and heard a noise so we ran to the kids thinking they broke something--- but they were just as confused as us... then i go into the kitchen n see this.... during the nite pieces of it was still falling off... this is all i did.. im waiting on maitanence to come😐😐😐😐

Kids didnt go into the kitchen... aparently alot of stoves have been recalled due to this..

I would ask them to replace the whole thing with a different brand. If it happens a lot then the new part will do the same thing.

that's crazy!!! Makes me wonder about my oven lol ...maybe there was a hairline crack that you couldn't see
