Kids didnt go into the kitchen... aparently alot of stoves have been recalled due to this..
I would ask them to replace the whole thing with a different brand. If it happens a lot then the new part will do the same thing.
@penelope127, @coffeebean, aparently they cant come out--- soo they said maitenence will special order the part and once it comes in it will b replaced i can use the stove top just not the oven-- ama pick the glass pieces up into a bag n its going to b waiting on them- cnt believe i pay 1400$ for this apt for them to tell me it migjt take up to 2-3wks depending on when they can get the part😡😡😡😡 i jst hate tht i have little kids , my son goes into the kitchen alot
@coffeebean, my husband told them.. i went online n aparently this has happened alot, thank god wen people were not home and no one was injured. Its just crazy. And ur right i will do the cardbord box thanks so much for the tip
@momoftwo1, absolutely!! It is wild though. Hopefully it’s a one in a lifetime type of thing so it doesn’t happen again! & no problem🙂💕
😱😱😱that’s so scary!! Glad no one was around. But as others said, I’d call the manufacturer or if you rent, call your landlord.
Also messed up part is OVEN WAS NEVER USED YESTERDAY!
@momoftwo1 that's crazy!!! Makes me wonder about my oven lol ...maybe there was a hairline crack that you couldn't see
@momoftwo1, that’s crazy. I would try to google the make of it, and see if any others have the same thing happen.
Omg know! Did it just pop randomly???...I would definitely be calling the manufacturer about this.
I bet one of the kids cracked it and just didn’t say anything
