@lorrinleigh when you say you noticed a difference the second day you mean the day after you bought them or the next day?

@athenia823, I bought them one afternoon and tried them, not the next morning but the following morning I noticed.

You can decrease your milk supply by “trying” too much. Be careful.

I’ve tried both! The chocolate mix didn’t seem to do much for me (maybe the fenugreek🤷🏻♀️) but the cookies are great! I noticed a difference with the cookies and they are pretty tasty.
