Well I am not fine I feel awful I can barley talk. My throat hurts like hell. Both my kids are sick. My daughter has strep I’m taking my baby in now to see if he has it too I probably have it but as a mom we always keep going. As in dads being sick is worse then labor 😂😂 moms don’t let being sick stop us. I don’t even let having abdominal surgery stop me. Coughing hurts my incision soo bad tho.😩😩

Moms cannot keep going if they don’t take care of themselves. Let your husband take on some responsibility and be OK w not meeting your own status quo for a couple days

Sorry ur going thru that. I got sick too after surgery and had a cough for 3 weeks. And it also hurt my incision too. It really sucks. But yes we dont even have days off like them or be able to watch a whole movie. I told my mom he better pray to God he dont get surgery cuz I'm not going to let him rest like he didnt let me and incision got infected and still complain

Coughing after an abdominal surgery is the worse!! I am struggling so bad with it. I am still not suppose to be carrying my son. But that went out the window 2 days after I had my surgery. Us moms are soo strong! I told my husband the same thing!😂 he let me rest a day but my son is too attached to me and only wants me so it wasn’t all his fault but a little more help would be nice!😞

so true but we do need to take care of ourselves. After my infection I didn't care and was a cough potato and didnt do anything didnt care if my husband complained of the mess. If we don't take care of ourselves noone will and we have our kids to think bout. I go so sick with the infection like u with even strep throat and was getting a fever the following after going to the dr. To be honest I was getting worry cuz I did feel so bad. I had to carry my baby too and she weight ova 20 lb. I couldn't get up from the sofa with her from the pain. It like just having a baby but without one and and having to take care of older kids really suck.
