Hello mommy’s so i found out about 2-3 weeks ago I’m expecting again the third time this one was a complete surprise due to i was on birth control my doctor send me to get blood work done 3 times to see if my hormone levels were going up and sure enough they were in 2 weeks I have my ultrasound has something like this happened to

Anybody kinda freaking out since I was taking birth control pills and I don’t know if it affected the baby
