Miss Jeffers
I've read that its not good to sleep on back. However, its my typical sleeping position and whenever I wake at night on my back there's an intense worry which keeps me awake. Any suggestions on tools I could use to help ensure remain on side? btw I have two cushions I use to lean onto, but they just end up squashed under my back. Thanks in advance for any advice

Message me If you want to chat, I use a breastfeeding pillow for my neck and back so I sleep sitting up. If I can I put pillows between my legs so I can forward myself for a side position where possible ❤️❤️

I slept on my back with my forst and just rolled over if I woke up. Ended up so uncomfortable that I used so many pillows or went and slept of couch as it was a better angle for hips and heartburn for me. So slept sitting up 😂 the joys of pregnancy.

Sleeping on your left side is the best way to sleep while pregnant but try not to worry if you wake up during the night and you are on your back etc just roll back over onto your left side.
You could try using some pillows built up behind your back or a pregnancy pillow.
I could be wrong but I think it’s from 20wks to start sleeping on ya left side is advised x
