Has anyone delivered with low red blood count (anemia) low iron?

Yes I have I had they need me a really bad my whole pregnancy there was times that I would just pass out randomly because I was low and my blood count came back low every time just be really careful when you get dizzy pay attention to that when you get hot you need to be taking an iron supplement but the supplement makes you constipated just saying
Girl i was going threw the same is have random episodes nd id freak out wanting to take my clothe off outside it was cold at the time but those hot flashes will have u trying to get naked bra off and everything to feel better

Yea i did they had blood transfusion incase i needed it but everything was fine
So worried this is not normal for me at all my blood pressure is high it’s normally low and my heart rate is low and it’s normally high.
