Feeling absolutely terrible got full on head cold all passages in my head are full and sore. Not to mention murdering sore throat and unable to swallow very much ... So much pain.

Any advice on what pain meds and flu remedies I can take as I'm 34 weeks and 4 days

Period pain is back and it is so much worse than yesterday!!!! It's actually so sore it's causing me to sweat and get hot flushes. Also it's constant, not coming and going.. One worried lady 😓😓😓
