That’s what I’m hoping. I’ve been evening primrose oil too so hopefully I can deliver without tearing again!

No it doesn’t. I drank it from like 36 weeks on. I do believe maybe it helps prepare me for labor even though I was induced it was such an easy labor and delivery!
