I read it’s okay to take two in one day, just not safe to make it an habit so I took another lol

@queenmichelle, mine I actually have to take twice a day 😩 which makes it harder lol I’m thinking of switching. I got gummies cuz I thought I would like them and it would keep me on track taking them, but now I can’t stand the flavor 🤢🤮

lol I just have the regular spring valley ones
