Heyyy moms!! Ok so I haven’t been on in a while my apologies it’s just ALOT with 2 kids now. SERIOUSLY. But I need to vent a little, so I feel like I have been really hard on my 3yo since her brother has been born, but she has changed to with her ATTITUDE 😩 but I feel like I’m not being patient enough with her and I’m really starting to hate myself bc I haven’t been the mommy she knew b4 her brother, I e apologize all the time to her and let her know mommy didn’t mean to raise her voice😭 I’m really trying to make more time with her, even try to add a few days a week when it’s just me and her. How did y’all adjust to 2 kids??

Still trying to adjust! This really speaks to me but honestly, 3 is a tough age with the attitude. My daughter's behaviour can be appalling at times. Sometimes yelling is the only way she will stop and listen. I feel terrible all the time about it and I think it is my expectations that need adjustment more so than her behaviour.

I definitely felt less patient with my son. It took a while to get into a routine. My daughter doesn’t really nap which makes things challenging but I could wear her and go on a walk. My son and I both loved it. He’d get some much needed exercise and I got a change in scenery. I’m not home with the kids 100% of the time, I work part time. It’s so hard. You have to fine what works for you. Try to focus on positives. Maybe snuggle and read to her or watch a movie.

Probably a cray question to ask, but when did y’all start to wash your newborns clothes and putting them away? Like I’ve been getting clothes since I found out what I was having but I haven’t taken off tags yet or washed anything. I’m 30 weeks. It’s crazy because with my other 3 kids I didn’t really wash a lot of their stuff at first (got lazy) ALSO what laundry detergent did you use if you didn’t use Dreft? Because i saw Pyrex for Baby an didn’t know if anyone tried it??
