I am stress eating and getting fat I’m scared all the time I wanna sleep I get angry and can’t do anything like go to the gym and then my husband and brother got a dog sorry 2 dogs and now I am stuck taking them out every 2 hours and cooking and cleaning and changing diapers and cleaning up after the dogs potty training the dogs and my younger 2 I need a break all while my husband and brother sit there and play video games watch tv I have a lot on my plate and it’s like why can’t u guys get up and help you see the baby needs a diaper change or the dogs need taken out or the trash needs taken out I need a break I don’t get to go anywhere I have no friends it’s like I was born to be a slave I did the same thing living at my moms take care of the kids bc I’m the oldest and cooking cleaning making sure they get to school and have a bath and get to bed on time when do I get to stop being everywhere and just sit down watch a movie I don’t go on dates with my husband I don’t buy me nice things bc I would never wear them on top of all this my bills are crazy high and I can’t afford anything

Sounds like you need to talk to them and explain how this makes you feel. Stop doing stuff for the men. Take care of you and your kids, let the men realize how important you are to the household. You have to remember you are important as an individual as well. Wake up early one morning and just leave for the day lol focus on just you and let the men see how it is to be you for a day. My mom used to disappear when she got overwhelmed, she would take herself to breakfast, go to a beach or park, read, relax, hang with her friends then come back in the evening like a new person. In the midst of all this, find what makes you happy, and make time for it 🥰💕💪🏽
I would if I have my license like I said I don’t go anywhere it’s not that he don’t want me to go anywhere I’m just so busy it’s hard to get out of the house to get myself together

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
