My 3 week old all day has been on and off nursing. And maybe sleeping for an hour til waking up and wanting more. She goes on and then she’ll latch off and start crying and squirming around. Is she not getting enough milk? Is it coming out to fast? Sucking just to suck? Ugh, I’m exhausted 🙄

I hate doing this to her but I really don't want her to suck her fingers. She sucks the middle and index finger. She refuses any pacifier I give her. She already has one tooth at the bottom and I don't want her to be sucking them when the top ones come in. The doctor said it's a phase and it'll pass but I'm afraid she won't and spoil her teeth. Did any of your kids just stopped by themselves or did you have to do this?

took nova to the ER and got sent to the hospital downtown she probably has intussuception. its life threatening I'm fuckin worried this shit is terrible... its when one portion of the bowel slides into the other and causes an obstruction. it can make the part of the bowel die... its so bad watching her in this much pain. she hasn't slept in almost two days. she only dozes off. it sucks. and on top of this they keep having god damn contests to add people to this app. if its not broke don't fix it
Do baby just suck of the hands sometimes just because they want to suck on something? Because I'll let Kacey eat till she takes herself off the nipple but like 20 mins later start sucking on her hand, but she is calm and just chilling.

Growth spurt. Totally normal. The best thing you can do is nurse as much as she wants. Don’t look at the clock. Find some good shows to watch and get comfy in your chair. It won’t be like this forever.
