so my face, on my cheeks, have started breaking out & i only use witch hazel & cocoa butter but it seems to not be working as much. any suggestions??

thank you so much @bodybycheetos, i’m currently looking into some facial toners & some actually have witch hazel. which i will not be using.
@queendope there's a popular one going around lately. It's called the heritage rosewater facial toner. I haven't tried it, but rosewater is supposed to be good apparently.

Stop using the witch hazel and get a hydrating toner instead.
