It’ll get back to normal. It took 9 long months for it to change very rapidly, its gonna take at least that to get back to normal maybe longer. Might not ever be the exact same, but can get very close. I struggled with this for the first year/year and a half of having my son. Soon as I got back into shape and felt confident again, I got pregnant again 😂 this one is gonna take a toll for sure but it’s worth it! It always is.
