When did your ob check if you dilated? I'm 37wks+5days..they told me they gonna wait until I'm 39wks... which doesn't sound right to me.

I am getting my cervix check in two days, I am 38weeks now, but on the 11th I will be 39weeks.
I had to ask when I was pregnant with Haley since I had a history of preterm birth (she didn't come early surprisingly)

Depends on the Dr. Some don't ever check until labor.
Mine never did. They offered to check and give me a sweep at 38 and 39 weeks but I declined
Mine never did when I went into the hospital to get induced I wasnt even dilated at all

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
