Ok Momma’s I need your help. I am looking to get my almost 7 year old son an emotional Support Dog for is ADHD. We are going to the shelter but what kind of dog do you Momma’s think would be a good breed to get?
Family friendly guard dogs? Which are the best? We were planning on getting a new dog but after reading that Peeping Tom post a few days ago, I now know it needs to be a good guard dog/protector of my babies!!

Depends on what size dog you want but I have a german Shepherd and he’s amazing. He’s 120 lbs of love. Labs are also great dogs I had them growing up.

Depends what dog you want... but i lovee maltese[very playful dogs] .. we have a terrier/chihuahua mix and he is very playful.. maybe take ur son n see what dog he would like

I have a friend she’s like the definition of a drunk she can’t even walk straight half the time not sure what a dog would o other then go get help 😂😭

I would let him pick a few out to spend time with and see which one is more attracted to his needs. You dont want a dog for him that just ignores him or would rather play with adults.
