Ladies: any autism mamas know any 5k run in california?? Althought my son has not officially been diagnosed, I would like to get my health right to be there for jot just him but my daughter as well. I've gained so much weight after my kids, I've had zero motivation and today I'm making that change, to set a goal. My son is going to have struggles in his life and I need to be there mentality and physically to hold him up when he feels like giving up. I dont ever want him to think giving up is ever an option.. please if you know of any please send me all the info.
