& if you’re hurt today... I’ve been paying really close attention to my thought patterns lately. I am noticing the thoughts in my head, the repeated, toxic ones, who seem to hurt me over and over again. I began to notice them, become aware of them, understand why they hurt me & keep coming back & then dismiss them. And some do keep coming back because it’s been programmed in my mind for so long but I’ve learned to catch them & dismiss them until eventually they are gone... this is hard, it takes time and patience. But once you begin to become aware of your thought patterns, you realize that you control them and instead of your thoughts controlling you and your body, you are now in control of your thoughts & body... when you control your inner world, your external world begins to change, our thoughts are more powerful than we think💓 Have a blessed Sunday🤗

I need to let go of the fact that I will feel crappy today due to period. I keep pushing myself to do things. Maybe a day inside will not be bad at all.

Resting is always a good idea💓 periods are such a pain🙄 the best thing to do is kick back and chill if you’re kids let you haha
