Guys I'm having a really hard time right now. I'm at such a low point in my life that I've actually thought about admitting myself to a hospital. I am always crying, my thoughts are terrible and destructive. Generally I feel like completely giving up and quitting. I feel like a failure to my 2 year old and to this new baby. My baby dad isnt supportive at all and I've been trying to leave on top of that. I just feel like giving up. I'm supposed to work today but I dont even know if I can do it. The thought makes me want to harm something.

@mommylexi, well that’s shitty. I’m sorry you are going through this. I hope most of it is hormones from being pregnant but violent thoughts are never good. Speak with your dr about how your feeling. Admitting it is a very big step and now you just need to find the right support

You need to advise your dr on how you feel. That way they can help and provide you with the proper care.

Take the day off from work if you need to. I’m sorry you’re feeling like this, girl. I’ve been there. Please talk to your doctor like the other ladies have suggested. Things can and will improve.

Same ...therapists get payed to tell u shit from a book and pills don’t do shit but make it worse .I changed a lot in my life for stuff to change it just depends on what the issues are
