Nausea at 4 weeks? Like day 1 of 4 weeks?! I’ve never had it so early. What gives?

I started having nausea at 3wks with both of mine! With J I was puking at that point, N I didn’t ever puke.

My other two I got it SLIGHTLY but when I was further along. I drank half my coffee and almost threw it up.
