Has anyone taking progesterone in early pregnancy my doctor just had me start taking progesterone…

I took it my last pregnancy and I'm taking it this one but I started at 16wks

I think I’m going to have to but I’ll know for sure my next appointment.

I do not advice anyone. I started taking progesterone early on my pregnancy cause I had a miscarriage on the first one. I almost lost my son the first 6 weeks. One morning a big gush of blood came out I thought I lost him I was rushed in when I found out he was still there I told the doctor I'm trusting God and never took it again.

Plus progesterone kept making sweat and hot like fever hot.

I take it I get a shot in my side every Monday my nurse comes to the house

I took the suppositories in my second pregnancy, I think that saved my baby. I lost my first (miscarriage) and think it was due to low progesterone levels. Luckily my 3rd pregnancy they were fine! I have PCOS and was told it’s common for it to be low when you have it.
