Day 3 early bedtime ... back talking & yelling & hitting again.. idk what’s going on she’s usually…

aww thank you! I feel terrible we’ve never had to go through this but we’re both learning & growing

it is an awful feeling. I tell my daughter all the time that one of my biggest jobs as a parent is to help her have a good life and understand how to behave so that can happen. I want her to have friends she likes, join groups she wants to...and you can't hit, bite, yell excessively, etc. I know when they act up it makes you feel like you're doing something wrong, but it is often just a little kid trying to deal with big emotions and frustrations and they don't know very good ways yet. 3 is a tough age because they have so many things they want to do, like, "I got this, mom!", but they don't actually have the strength, coordination, or ability to do it alone and they get frustrated and mad. Hang in there, mama. This is all just my opinion, but I have definitely been there! Had many nights like that and I am sure I have plenty to come.
