Looks positive to me as long as it was read within the time frame. I would try a pink dye test to be sure though.

I can’t tell cause it does kind of look like an evap.. try a pink dye. The blues are notorious for false positives

Looks like an Evap line which these tend to have. A positive should have a line the same as the control, thick blue line.
