My landlord is so unprofessional, she supposedly left till next week but I had no idea until my friend that talks to her friend that talks to my landlord told me so, like who wouldn't let their tenants know especially when it's rent week?!?
And now supposedly her daughter is in there taking rent but when I went this morning she wasn't there I'm calling and no one answers since yesterday and I'm just so sick and tired of this s***. All I know is I'm not paying late fees for her unprofessional mess.

I hated this from my last apartment, I paid by money order since they didn’t take cash and it showed the time stamps. I wasn’t paying no late fees just because THEY weren’t in office.
