Hey mamas, what is your take on CBD use during pregnancy? I used to smoke every day, 3x a day for my anxiety and depression, but since I found out I was pregnant I stopped. Now I feel so low and sad and all kinds of emotions plus I suffer from migraines (smoking also helped that) and Tylenol ain’t cutting it. I was considering trying CBD edibles or oils to see if I can get the benefits without hurting my baby. Please help 😊

CBD is good has no THC in them. Try oils and gummies

Make sure you do your research when buying it! Some do have thc my husbands has thc in his cbd. 😊

Especially in a time where your mental health is so important I say tell your doctor about it but I'm pretty sure you should be okay. Your happiness matters
