You can't eat potatoes?! Definitely not a diet I could stick with.

Nope. Well I'm not one of those "keto is a lifestyle" people so I'll be eating them again in a few months. My body just reacts really well to low amounts of carbs to lose weight, so I can handle it for a while. Plus, on this diet I'm never hungry which really helps carb cravings

@two.tiny.texans I eat a lot of carbs 😂 I'm one of those people who say that carbs are good for your brain. You actually need them. Obviously not an over abundance of them (is that the saying?) My brain would be so fuzzy. My husband did keto for a while and liked it.

I don't think carbs are bad, I love them...I can't wait to lose the weight. Lol, I was like 15lbs from my goal weight when I got pregnant 😒

Hardest part was potatoes and pasta you’ll get through have you tried parm crisps yet so bomb
Bean··
Yeah! We used to make them even when I wasn't keto. I liked being on keto before pregnancy, its not THAT bad

Bean··
@mama_bearof2 yeah, it has 0 carbs if you don't add sugar. It makes it taste thicker.
