So im in a predicament. SO and i dont really trust our family to watch our son, but we desperately are in need of a date night. When we go out to eat, he usually has 2-3 beers, and i have one or two cocktails. We've thought about taking DS with us, but, as silly as it may be, im afraid of ordering alcohol with a toddler. Would it be wrong to do so? Do any of you moms do this?
That’s what we always do because we don’t have ppl to watch the kids if your not falling down I wouldn’t give a dam what ppl thought 🤷🏼♀️
Having a glass of wine is the only thing I look forward to when I'm bringing my daughter to a restaurant 😂...enjoy your date night.
Thank goodness other moms do this 🤣🤣 i get so worried about judgy people that it makes me really not wanna do much of anything in public with my son lol
@shellee94 no worries. I mean I'm not going lie I would probably judge if it was a couple out in a restaurant or bar geared towards adults drinking but I wouldn't bat an eyelash if it was at a family restaurant where children are welcome and the parents were having a cocktail or two. Thank God my husband doesn't drink because it really allows me to take advantage of those happy hour specials 😉🍹🍸🍷
@massgirl yea no, were looking at going to applebees or chilis lol. I havent even been to a bar in god knows how long 🤣🤣 but i totally agree. Bars arent for kids, period lol
No it’s not wrong to order a drink at dinner if you have your toddler there. Sometimes I have to, to get thru dinner with mines 🤣 enjoy a cocktail at family dinner 😊
Haha i need it to get through being out in general lol. Im a homebody, i dont like going out unless i absolutely have to honestly, so the cocktail lets me relax and actually enjoy it. Im jus afraid of people judging 🤣
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
What do i do my 3 yrs old and i are overwaight and how do we both get back in shape im so sad
Share your son's names ?
So im due in 8ish weeks with a little boy but we cant find a name that we both love so please ladies comment your boys' names ! I need some inspiration ??
Locking your doors
We are having a discussion on one of my birth boards from my older kids about locking doors and security alarms. There are many of us (me included) who do not lock our doors at home (I actually don't even have a deadbolt on my house and we don't lock it when we leave either), and others who think that's totally weird. So what do you do? Do you lock your doors? Do you think it's weird that people don't?

As we laid our precious baby boy down to sleep, our hearts ached. We still have questions and don't understand why this happened to our sweet innocent baby boy. What we do know is one thing. We are LOVED! God has surrounded us with gentle hands of comfort to help us get through such a hard time in our lives. We couldn't be anymore grateful for the friends and family we have. Baby Dakota is safe and sound in the arms of our Heavenly Father. He had a purpose so great that we can't even begin wrap...
I always have a beer when we go out to eat with the kids and dh always has a drink. One beer doesn’t phase me. I won’t drink liquor though because I’ll have a buzz off of one.
