Any mommas had a tubal ligation with some kind of relief???! Im hurting so bad tylenol ibuprofen nothing helps

A heating pad helped me... I was prescribed some norcos so I would take a pill and apply a heating pad to my stomach.
Thank u i just done a rice sock and a pain pill from my sister just found out kind of having those tightening belts or shirts help hold it together to support from moving my muscle so much when i physically move feels great thank u
@mrs.calzada, oh yea!! I totally forgot about the post pregnancy belly band!! I had taken mine with me to the hospital and wore it right away. I know target sells them for about $20/25. Good luck momma!! I stayed in the hospital an extra night cause of my tubal ligation
Your doctor didn’t give you anything?
No the hospital just said tylenol and ibuprofen not helping at all
2 tylenol and 2 ibuprofen together. It will give relief like a pain pill.
