Well I was having (didn't know at the time) some wild Braxton hicks yesterday like all day. Being that it was my due date I got real sketched out so we went to get checked. Was a little over 3 centimeter so no real change. They had me walk the LD floor ,I was squatting and everything but no dice my kid is just extremely stubborn lol. Guess he has us waiting until tomorrow for his arrival on my induction day. I'm relieved in some aspects because there's an actual plan in place so I don't have to worry about the whereabouts of my daughter, but so nervous knowing that tomorrow is the actual day. Relieved to know now I can drink something that isnt water on my way down (Starbucks here I come). Ugh idk ladies I'm just so nervous. Anyone who's ever gotten induced roughly how long was your labor?? My first I labored for like over 12 hours, she was stuck and apparently no one came to that conclusion so I pushed for 2 before they assisted with forceps, hoping tomorrow goes a little smoother.

They broke my water around 7am and I started pushing at like 7pm and had her at 7:15pm. So the whole process was about 12hrs but actually having her took about 15 minutes.

It all depends on your body. I was induced already at 4 cms. My labor probably would have only been about 20 hrs. I ended up pushing for 3 hrs for a total of 24 hrs in labor. The bones in my pelvis are not compatible with vaginal delivery, she was also sunny side up. Finally after her heart rate dropped we had to have an emergency C-section. My friend was induced 11 weeks after me at zero cms and delivered about 14 hrs later after 15 mins of pushing. There’s no telling.
