Your best bet would be getting a lawyer and letting them help you the right way. Sometimes it's hard to do exactly what to say and file
@bellemartin98, you should just be able to go down to your local court house, file the paperwork and get the proceedings started. Literally tell them you need to get a custody case started and the clerks will get ya rollin on what needs to he done and in what order.
