With my son and now again in this pregnancy I’m having bad pain in my tailbone anyone have this and what did you do to alleviate the pain ?

Sorry your in pain , I’ll try to stretch more maybe that will help

I’m having horrible lower back pain ! It’s awful in the morning, I just try to stretch
