Who would you have share rooms?

4.5 year old girl

1.5 year old boy

New baby

I would think if the new baby was a boy or a girl it would make sense for the two youngest to share, at least until they are older. What do you think? This is hypothetical 😉. If baby was a boy it would be obvious, but a girl is what I was more wondering about.

@massgirl, @2sweetie, I didn’t think of it that way! That makes sense :).

Yeah you won’t need to group them by gender until they’re a little older. The babies won’t know any difference. I’d group based on schedule.

If the 2 oldest had the same schedule and both sleeping through the night then I’d put the baby in his/her own room or at least in your room so he/she isn’t waking them up.

I would do the oldest two as long as they were both on the same sleep schedule

Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?
