It’s October!!! So please make me fee better is anyone else not doing trick or treating this year mostly because Lester isn’t here to help me with the kids and I don’t wanna plan it with my in laws me and Gabe is doing the ghost train the 25th Nora don’t wanna go to spooky train lol but on Halloween I was planning on ordering takeout and buying them candy or doing little trick or treat baskets plus Halloween themed movie

We usually go to this big thing at my daughters aunt church, but this year we might not go I don’t want to do the hour drive. Instead we will take them to the block party Halloween thing here. The police block off a neighbor and they make hot dogs an all the neighbors hand or candy. Then we’re coming back and doing a Halloween night at home. We’ve also taken them to the nursing home before. The residents love it.

I never took my kids trick or treating. Last year was the first time I was able to dress them up for Halloween.
This year, they will dress up too. I will buy them candy, popcorn and maybe order pizza that day.

Can you do a trunk or treat? We prefer those, so much easier to manage the little ones safely and no super scary costumes that scare them. A lot.of zoos and libraries have parties.

Ill be holding a 3 week old in a baby carrier and probably just going around 1-2 blocks with my almost 3 year old. I’m a little nervous about it but I don’t want to miss it! My daughter is obsessed with trick or treating and has been asking to go for months lol

Are you nervous about taking them without his help? I think you should still go. Tell them to stick together and hold hands while y’all walk door to door. I’m sure you do other outings with the kids by yourself, you got this. It’ll be fun.

Nope I'm taking my 9 kids trick or treating in the neighborhood! It's our favorite Holiday. Trick or treating them home for pizza n horror movies!
