Can Braxton hicks be painful? I've been cramping on and off for like 3 hours. They seem irregular but I've never had Braxton hicks that hurt. It normally just makes my belly feel tight and uncomfortable but never even the slightest pain.

They are probably real contractions that are jst inconsistent

BH shouldn't hurt. Try drinking water, laying down and taking it easy

They’re probably real. & usually if they’re irregular and early like that it’s more than often cause of dehydration. I was always told when that happens to drink lots and lots of water, rest, make sure to do my kick counts. & no need to worry unless they become consistent, there’s blood, or water breaks
