Been breastfeeding for 4 months and I’m starting to feel like my milk supply has been decreasing this past week. Is this around the time moms start to dry up?
I breastfeed my son for 20 months and never really decreased in milk. Just stay hydrated and don’t give up 💜
Everyone is different. Make sure you’re drinking enough it makes a big difference.
My son is 6 and a half months old and I’m still nursing him, I saw a decrease when I noticed I stopped drinking a lot of water like I did before. I started drinking lots of water again and I saw more milk come in. Maybe you need to drink more water?

Im literally in tears because of these idk what to do at this point suggestion I just started timing them.well trying but they been going about a hour already
Been trying everything to get labor started today and all i get it a bunch of contractions and feeling tired lol

Ok mamas so been having irregular contractions what are good ways to help soften cervix and or kick start labor?
For those who have been induced, at what point did your contractions start hurting after they started you on pitocin?
