Ladies, how did yall get any sleep when your use to sleeping on nothing but your stomache. I stay too tired cause i toss and turn all night long..😢
Its not comfortable for me at all.. And my ob told me not to sleep on my stomache or back 😒
I am so sick of... people saying "enjoy your quiet time now", or "get your sleep while you can".
I keep seeing posts about not sleeping on your right side but to sleep on your left??? I am wayyyy more comfortable and use to my right then my left...I don't understand why I shouldn't be???
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
I heard it’s bad to sleep on your back while prego is that true?

I know this is a pregnancy pillow but I dont have one, i use 2 pillows. One regular to lay my head on and then one long ways tucked up under my belly. You can even roll onto the pillow a little more on your belly and it won't hurt like it does when laying straight on the bed on your belly.
