Did anyone not do anything big for their little ones first birthday? I don’t really see the point as they won’t remember it lol. I don’t really see the point in all the stress, time and money for something they don’t really understand or will remember🤷🏻♀️ For Harrison I’m thinking some presents and a cake for him and some family coming around to see him. We were going to take him to soft play but he doesn’t like it😂 Am I bad for not really seeing the point in parties etc?

I don’t do parties. I took my daughter to the aquarium for her first. I took her to an indoor playground/trampoline place for her second.

This! He loved the balloon most and still playing with it ! We all sang happy birthday and ate loads of the cake and just kept cuddling him all day 😂xx

This is the stuff Harrison does😂 He gets a new toy but prefers the box it came in. He’d probably love a balloon more than a present😂

I done what you said but instead of in mine in my mums cos hers is bigger all still made a big fuss of him but like you say he cant remember so it would only be for you n others really. & dont blame hin not liking soft play always end up sick as afterwards. Xx

We did a tea party, had like 5 other babies over. Then a family To party the next day. Nothing big x

We done a friends tea party which wasn’t a lot and all I had four friends with their babies no cake just muffins for a candle. Then had a meal out for family with a cake

I think a small family party for their first birthday is more than enough! We went to a wildlife park for my daughters first birthday and she couldn’t have given less of a shit 😂

We’ve taken him so many places and he literally doesn’t care😂 He’s happiest at the park in a swing🤷🏻♀️😂
