My dog’s eye is swollen out of nowhere. Is there anything I can do to help the swelling go down, or should I take her in immediately?

Warm and cold compresses until morning. As long as she’s eating, and going potty okay, then it can wait until morning or possibly Monday so you don’t have an ER fee.
If you cannnn, maybe try and bath and flushing it. But compresses should help.
